The Fundamental Diploma in Pan Asian Culinary Arts is designed to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the diverse and rich culinary traditions of Asia. This course focuses on equipping students with foundational skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the culinary arts, particularly within the Pan Asian cuisine spectrum.

  9. WSQ Prepare Complex Chinese Moist-heat Dishes

Based on Practical examinations, Oral Questioning, eLearning quizzes and projects.

Age: 17 years old and above 

Language: Minimum (C5) in English ‘N’ Levels or equivalent; or Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) level 5 and above. 

Academic: Minimum 3 GCE ‘N’ Level credits (minimum C6 in any 3 subjects) or  an equivalent professional qualification will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Matured Candidates: Candidates who do not meet the academic qualification criteria 

  • Must be at least 30 years old. 
  • Demonstrate relevant work experience or skills in the culinary field. 
  • Provide a detailed resume and a letter of motivation. 
  • May be required to attend an interview. 
  • 15 pax

FULL TIME/ PART TIME: Six (6) months

  • Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) funding support took effect from 1 Oct 2021, LTVP+ holders can be identified with their green visit pass cards, with the word ‘PLUS’ on the back of the card.  
Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES) Funding – up to 70% of Course Fee  Singaporeans aged 40 years old and above.   1. Trainees must be Singaporeans or SPRs. 
  2. Companies must be registered or incorporated in Singapore. 
  3. Trainees must be fully sponsored by their employer for supportable cost components (such as course fees) incurred on the training course. 
  4. Trainees must be full-time or permanent part-time employees of the sponsoring company, and continue to receive their salary when they attend training. 
  5. Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course. 
  6. Absentee payroll can be claimable after successfully completion of course.

Students will be awarded the Diploma in Pan Asian Culinary Arts if they achieve competency in all modules and meet 90% attendance (for student pass holders) and 75% attendance (for non-student pass holders) in each module.

Upon successfully completing their studies, students can approach Student Support Services for job guidance.
