Refund policy:

The refund policy must have the following:

• For withdrawal 7 working days before the start of course (SOC), 25% of the full course fee, payable to Allspice, will be charged to the trainee.
• For withdrawal 5-6 working days before SOC, 50% of the full course fee, payable to Allspice, will be charged to the trainee.
• There will be no refund for any withdrawal 4 days and less before the SOC.
• If payment is made using Skills Future Credits and the participant fails to turn up for class, full refund shall be credited back to the individuals’ Skills Future account
• If Student attended the class & decided not to continue, NO refund.

Attendance policy:

• Students must have a 75% attendance rate in order to qualify for assessment and complete the course

Course Completion Policy:

• Attendance rate of at least 75%
• Passing percentage of at least 75% for assessment
