This is a traditional feast laid out on a long (Panjang) table (tok) to accommodate the kaleidoscope and magnitude of specially curated dishes that are carefully prepared for diners.
Tok Panjang, “Tok”, which means table in the Hokkien dialect and “Panjang”, meaning long in Bahasa Melayu, is a long table exquisitely laid out with fine china and antique cutlery along with beautifully arranged local flora decorations. A long table where family & friends spend precious time together as they enjoy their finely prepared meal by our professional and passionate chefs.
